Description

What You’ll Do:

  • Support the Head Chef in day-to-day kitchen operations

  • Help develop seasonal menus and daily specials

  • Ensure consistent quality and presentation of dishes

  • Maintain excellent food hygiene and health & safety standards

  • Mentor junior kitchen staff and foster a positive team culture

  • Step up to lead the kitchen when the Head Chef is off

The Role

The Angel Inn, a charming and much-loved country pub in the heart of Wangford, Suffolk, is looking for a talented and motivated Sous Chef to join our kitchen team.
