Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all kitchen operations, including service, prep, and events

  • Design and deliver seasonal menus that reflect quality, creativity, and efficiency

  • Oversee weekly private functions and bespoke event menus

  • Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency

  • Manage stock control, ordering, GP margins, and supplier relationships

  • Recruit, train, and develop the kitchen team

  • Ensure full compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards

  • Work closely with front-of-house and management to deliver seamless service

The Role

Moss & Co is seeking an experienced and driven Head Chef to lead the kitchen at Broadlands. This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced, high-quality food operation that combines a busy service kitchen with frequent private events hosted in our function room.
